Brauer Roofing Inc.’s workmanship warranty for any lifetime shingle purchased is 20 years.

Said warranty provides protection against incorrect application procedures or workmanship defects (as defined by the shingle manufacturer of the shingles used on your roof- CertainTeed or GAF) that directly cause a roof leak.

This warranty also provides clean-up protection. If you are not completely satisfied with the job-site clean-up, call us within 5 days of completion of the project and we will do another clean-up to your satisfaction.

This warranty doesn’t provide protection for damage caused by events beyond our control, such as, but not limited to:

• Structural changes
• Installation of any objects on roof
• Hail
• Wind beyond the manufacturer’s wind warranty
• Excessive ice dams
• Incorrect wall window flashing
• Incorrect install of or nonexistent house wrap or flashing behind siding

If a problem occurs, please call us at (507) 252-1728, and we will fix any problems as defined above at no charge to the homeowner and at our own expense. The fix will be limited to any exterior problems or damage.

By mail, you will receive manufacturer warranty documentation. This could take up to 10 weeks, depending on the type of warranty (extended or standard.)

This Workmanship Warranty transfers one time if the house is sold during the warranty period. Warranty will be valid for 1 year from the date of sale.
